The Sign Up Process
At TCS we understand the importance of transacting, this is why we have a simple set up process to ensure a smooth onboarding process or switch over period from your current provider. Depending on transactional volumes we may conduct a site visit so we can understand a number of things including: How you operate on a daily basis, how to streamline your business moving forward, current savings we can make for you and to discuss any bespoke requests.

Business Review
Following the initial chat, we will need to see a recent card statement and will need to understand yearly revenue, number of transactions and the nature of the business to determine the number of card machines you will require.
Online Portal
Once the card machines and payment plan have been decided, we will set you up with your own customer hub where you will be able to see payments and upload invoices and you will be assigned a dedicated TCS account manager.
